Cancellation Policy
Please note that any order modifications or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to fulfill your request as the order may have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period for unused products returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse. If you return an unauthorized product without a valid reason or outside the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our team must approve all returns before you send the product back. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Include your order number and sender's name in the return package to facilitate prompt processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receiving your return, we may need up to 10 business days to inspect the product(s). Once confirmed that the products are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund after the processing confirmation and successful return, please contact your financial institution.
We do not issue refunds for products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
All refunds are processed in United States Dollars ($USD) according to the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees related to currency transactions or exchange rates.
Product Issues
We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all usage instructions and precautions provided with the product and all available resources on our website. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury for which we cannot be held responsible, and any resulting returns or exchanges will be at our discretion. If you experience discomfort while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us through our contact page. We will help you resolve any issues or questions.
Damaged Products
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging from shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., with the product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged product, please email us and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for products damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for prompt delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
